CompuRay has adopted several charitable organizations and holds activities to support them on both a corporate and individual basis. CompuRay believes in the mission of the following charities and donates to their cause. Operation Smile Since 1982, more than 100,000 children have been treated by
thousands of volunteers in Central and South America, Africa, Middle
East, Eastern Europe and Asia and thousands of healthcare professionals
have been trained globally.
Operation Smile will commemorate its 25th Anniversary with a
year-long, multi-faceted series of initiatives to promote sustainability
and capacity-building among its 25 partner countries.
World Vision In the year 2000, World Vision launched the Hope Initiative
to call people to respond to what had become the greatest humanitarian
crisis of our time — HIV and AIDS. By 2006, nearly 399,000 orphans
and vulnerable children had been sponsored in AIDS-affected communities.
World Vision is helping turn the tide against HIV and AIDS worldwide
by caring for orphans and vulnerable children, preventing the spread
of HIV with education based on biblical principles, and advocating
for effective programs that transform communities and save lives.
Following the September 11 terrorist attacks, World Vision assisted New Yorkers not covered by other aid programs. Later, it established emergency food programs for more than 1 million Afghanis. Feed The Children Feed The Children's international programs focus on providing
food, medical assistance, emergency relief, and creating sustainable
development.
Since 1979, we have provided food, clothing, medical assistance,
and educational opportunities to those in need in more than 118
nations around the world. Through schools, orphanages and church-related
programs, Feed The Children touches the lives of millions of children.
We also provide assistance to orphanages, schools, and other charitable
groups in these regions. the world.
