CompuRay is a customer centered professional organization that has served PRI in it's hour of need vis a vis the provision of high quality, intelligent, patient focused C.T and MRI Technologist. They have delivered where others companies have failed. It is very difficult for an organization like PRI to replace a  MRI technologist. While there are plenty of individuals who can step in and push the buttons to generate images, our patient centered facility seeks people who can create immediate rapport with patients, get along with co-workers and be solutions to problems rather than problem(s) themselves. CompuRay provided PRI with a MRI technologist that fits well in with our facility and was working on a temp-to-perm agreement. He was ten weeks into the assignment and he had to attend to family oversees. Due to the interruption in the temp-perm agreement, CompuRay was willing to adjust the buyout terms to make up for the unexpected departure. In the mean time, with us being unsure of the candidates level of commitment, CompuRay provided solutions to create an incentive for the candidate to uphold his commitment. Compuray also provided an equally qualified temp while the original was oversees. As previously noted, CompuRay has done a stellar job finding individuals who fit the bill for our center and our demanding physicians and patients
