CompuRay is showcasing its expertise in recruiting through
its work with a MRI /CT Service provider. CompuRay helped
develop and enhance their service offering's through both onsite
applications training and phone support for a select customers
as a value added contract feature.
The client invited CompuRay to partner to develop a pilot
tele-application support system (LifeLINE) for select customer
group. This was the first such experiment since the companies
inception.
The pilot system enables MRI operators a single call center
for live questions on the MRI system,protocols,clinical
know-how.
The application support system (LifeLINE), which if deemed
a success will be rolled out to all clients in the next
quarter allowing feedback to be divulged immediately to the
client. It simplifies the entire applications process, offering
greater response and security while reducing the chance of
rescheduling patients
To implement the pilot system, CompuRay will began recruiting
and training MRI with extensive knowledge in just six weeks.
“This is a landmark change in 3rd party equipment providers,”
says Curt Spallone, business line director of CompuRay. “CompuRay's
ability to provide a large number of talented MRI professionals
for tailored service like tele-application is a response to
the need of customer's adaptive change.”
